tabSheet is made by Bitpix Digital. This policy explains what the app does with your information. It is short because the app does very little with it.
tabSheet stores the jobs you create, the receipts you add (including the photographs themselves), the details extracted from them, your company profile, your logo, your signature, and the PDF reports you generate.
All of this is held in the app's own storage on your device.
If you turn on iCloud Sync in Settings, this same information is also stored in your private iCloud database so it appears on your other Apple devices. That database belongs to your Apple Account. It is managed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, and Bitpix Digital cannot see or retrieve anything in it.
In Local mode, nothing does. Receipts are read entirely on your device using Apple's on-device text recognition. The app makes no network requests at all.
In Claude mode, when you add a receipt the app sends two things to Anthropic's Claude API:
1. The photograph of that receipt 2. The text recognised from that photograph on your device
That is the complete list. The app does not send your job names, client names, locations, receipt notes, company profile, logo, signature, generated reports, or any identifier for you or your device.
Anthropic processes this to return the merchant, date, amount and category. Its handling of that data is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy and its commercial terms. Bitpix Digital does not receive a copy.
Claude mode is off by default and requires you to supply your own Anthropic API key. If you never enter a key, the app never contacts Anthropic.
Generating a report makes no network request in either mode.
If you use Claude mode, your key is stored in the iOS Keychain on the device where you entered it. It is deliberately excluded from iCloud Keychain sync, so it does not travel between your devices — you enter it separately on each one. It is sent only to Anthropic, as the credential authenticating your own requests. Bitpix Digital never receives it.
The app asks for camera access so you can photograph a receipt, and photo library access so you can import receipts you have already saved. It reads only the images you specifically choose or capture. It does not browse, scan or upload your photo library.
The app's bundled privacy manifest declares no tracking and no tracking domains.
Because we never receive your information, there is nothing for us to keep or delete on your behalf.
tabSheet is a business tool for tracking work expenses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If the app's handling of information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
