tabSheet turns photographed receipts into a client-ready PDF expense report. If something is not working, write to me directly — I built the app and I answer the mail.

Yes. In a job, open the ••• menu and choose Export. You can take the spreadsheet on its own, or a zip holding the spreadsheet plus every receipt image, numbered so the rows and the files line up.
Yes. Share any photo and pick tabSheet, and it goes into your top job. Long-pressing the app icon also offers Take Picture, which files the photo the same way.
The top job in your list is the one that receives them. Drag a job to the top to change that.

Receipt reading normally runs on your iPhone, using Apple's on-device text recognition, and nothing leaves the device. That is the default and it needs no setup.
If you would like higher accuracy you can paste your own Anthropic API key in Settings, and receipts are read by Claude instead. Only the receipt image and the text recognised from it are sent. Your job names, client names, notes and company profile are never sent.
Delete a job to remove it and its receipts. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device; if iCloud Sync was on, also remove tabSheet's data under Settings › Apple Account › iCloud.
Tap the receipt and correct any field by hand — the report uses whatever is on screen. A receipt the app is unsure about carries a Needs review badge so it is easy to find.
Reading improves a lot with a flat receipt, even light, and the whole receipt inside the frame. Long receipts photograph better in two shots than one distant one.
Work down this list — the usual cause is one of the first three:
To make the banner stay on screen until you dismiss it, set Settings › Notifications › tabSheet › Banner Style to Persistent. Whatever the setting, the reminder waits for you on the Lock Screen and in Notification Center.
Open Settings in tabSheet and look at the iCloud section — it reports your account status, the last upload and download, and any error. That panel is the fastest way to see what is actually wrong.
tabSheet flattens photos of paper receipts automatically, and leaves screenshots and PDFs alone. If a photo crops badly, retake it with the receipt filling more of the frame against a contrasting surface, or import it as a screenshot instead.
